2. AI-Generated Content

Picify uses artificial intelligence to generate designs, images, and other creative content. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors
• Generated designs may occasionally resemble existing works unintentionally
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the appropriateness of AI-generated content before use
• AI outputs should not be used for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be suitable for any specific purpose

3. AI Credits and Usage Limits

Pro plan users receive access to a shared AI credits pool valued at $10,000 for the first 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note:

• The $10,000 credit pool is shared among all Pro users and is not guaranteed per individual user
• Credit availability depends on overall platform usage and may be exhausted before the 6-month period ends
• After 6 months or when the shared pool is exhausted (whichever comes first), users must provide their own API keys (BYOK - Bring Your Own Key) to continue using AI features
• We reserve the right to implement fair usage policies to prevent abuse
• AI credit usage is non-refundable once consumed

4. No Professional Advice

Picify does not provide professional design, legal, or business advice. The tools and templates provided are for creative assistance only. For professional design needs, please consult with qualified professionals.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenAI and Azure) to generate content. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these third-party services that may affect your experience.

6. Intellectual Property

While you own the designs you create, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content does not infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We recommend conducting appropriate due diligence before using generated content commercially.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
