1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Picify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You may use Picify for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

You are responsible for all content you create using our tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Picify cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of designs you create. However, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at purchase. Lifetime plans provide access for the lifetime of the product.

6. AI Credits and Usage

Pro plan includes access to AI-powered design tools with the following terms:

  • Pro users receive 6 months of free AI credits from a shared pool valued at $10,000
  • The shared pool is distributed among all Pro users on a first-come, first-served basis
  • After 6 months, or if the shared pool is exhausted before then, users must provide their own API keys (BYOK - Bring Your Own Key) to continue using AI features
  • We reserve the right to implement fair usage policies to ensure equitable access for all users
  • AI credit consumption cannot be reversed or refunded once used

Non-AI features of the Pro plan remain fully accessible regardless of AI credit availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Picify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
