We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Picify for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable as they provide perpetual access to the product.

Boilerplate/Source Code

Due to the nature of digital products, boilerplate and source code purchases are non-refundable once the code has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
