7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Picify for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@picify.co
- Include your account email and order number
- Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans are eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable as they provide perpetual access to the product.
AI Credits
Pro plan includes 6 months of access to a shared AI credits pool valued at $10,000. Please note the following regarding AI credits:
- AI credits that have been consumed are non-refundable
- The shared credit pool is available for 6 months from your purchase date, or until the pool is exhausted, whichever comes first
- After the 6-month period or pool exhaustion, you will need to provide your own API keys (BYOK) to continue using AI features
- Refund requests within the 7-day window will be processed regardless of AI credit usage, but we reserve the right to deduct the value of consumed credits from excessive usage
- Non-AI features of your plan remain fully accessible and are not affected by AI credit availability
Boilerplate/Source Code
Due to the nature of digital products, boilerplate and source code purchases are non-refundable once the code has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
